Chill-out Tuesday - this class is filled with Mindful movement.
Wednesday 8-9pm - 6 Week Beginners Course commencing on 13th Jan 21. On this course you will be introduced to the wonderful world of Yoga, learning asanas, breathing techniques, places are limited follow the link to book your place.
