School Staff Health & Wellbeing Days
This workshop has been designed with the health & wellbeing of your school staff at the heart of it. Delivering yoga, mindfulness & meditation. I can offer this on either half days or full days. I think looking after the mental health & wellbeing of the school staff is important.
Mindfulness Tips for Parents/Carers
This workshop is designed to provide tips on delivering Mindfulness techniques to your children. This is delivered online through zoom. It is 1.5 hours and a 'how to' guide will be emailed before the workshop. All you need is somewhere comfortable to sit. This course is designed by myself to help the children make sense of emotions and feelings.
Monthly Yin Yoga Workshops
A monthly meet on a Friday evening to practice the beautiful Yin Yoga. Giving you the opportunity to enjoy a more grounding and relaxed experience. Yin Yoga has fantastic benefits from lowering stress levels to promoting self-care with a deeper connection to yourself. With this style of yoga practice Yin targets the connective tissue and the fascia throughout the body by holding the poses encouraging extension in the muscles
